Personally, I would highly recommend that we DO NOT photograph during the meal/buffet as people generally don't like to be photographed eating, but the option is there should you wish to capture. Please make guests aware of this, should you want photographs taken during meals.

Venue Tour or Meetup - This would enable the photographer to get a clearer picture of the venue, which will allow them to plan the shots with better understanding and knowledge.
